Scope of Work:

Maintenance and rehabilitation of a bridge structure on Oued El Melah, located in the governorate of Gabes, on National Road RN1, PK 387+700.

Details of the Interventions:

  1. Supply and installation of polymer laminates reinforced with carbon fibers:
    • 100 mm carbon fiber laminates embedded in an epoxy matrix (Type S1012 or equivalent).
    • 40 beams reinforced with 2000 ml of laminates.
  2. Shear strengthening of beams:
    • 40 beams reinforced with 800 m² of carbon fiber fabric.
  3. Colored coating of precast beams:
    • Application of a colored coating to protect beams from atmospheric aggression.
  4. Injection and sealing of cracks:
    • Injection and sealing of cracks with 250 ml of epoxy resin.
